About Jason

A Leith’s trained chef with over 15 years industry experience, Jason spent the early part of his career working in Sydney, Australia. After relocating to London in 2017, he helped set up one of the 10 restaurants at 5-star hotel, The Ned and then went on to work for Private Members Club, Soho House. 

During the pandemic, he made the move back to his hometown in order to set up his own business. He now hosts a monthly supper club at his Lincolnshire home, offering a rotating menu inspired by his travels, as well as offering private dining and food consultancy services.
