~ Step-by-step to making your own sourdough
~ Working with different types of flour
~ Creating flavoured breads

~ Coffee & pastries on arrival
~ Lunch
~ Lots of bread to take home
- A sourdough starter kit (banneton basket, bread lame scoring knife, dough scraper)
~ A jar of my 3yr+ old starter
~ Recipe pack (emailed after event)
~ A glass of fizz at the end of the day to celebrate your new-found skills!
